It’s so sad this movie was butchered before it even came out and from what I read by Australian critics themselves…maybe not majority but more than enough to make this movie almost flop. It’s not a bad film. Maybe if they didn’t use AUSTRALIA as the title, it would have fared much better. Which reminds [...]

Kudos for Penelope Cruz for winning the Best Supporting Actress Award. She was totally insane in this movie and she played her role perfectly. A very nice film that has some realistic story of life from liberated and daring individuals who attractively fall in love with the wrong person, at the wrong time but ‘ maybe’ at the right place…romantic Barcelona!

There’s an award buzz in this movie for Anne Hathaway being nominated as Best Actress. She didn’t win, but she was good in this film. I don’t know about great…maybe because I totally can’t relate to the story. There’s nothing in it that’s familiar in my world. It was just too foriegn for me. It got [...]

This movie is not meant to entertain, but to incorporate the audience’s thoughts and feelings from the eyes of two little boys caught in the middle of World War II. It’s gripping and poignant to witness innocence, uncertainties and questions that will forever remain lost for these two young souls. A must see film!

SPOILER ALERT! Following might contain spoilers. If you haven’t watched this movie yet, you might not want to read this review.
Two nights ago, I was able to watch Changeling. Mildly paced with a heavy story and some unsettling scene…(like how the kids are axed to death like live chickens…and worst.) Angelina Jolie delivers a very good [...]

There comes a time in our life when we find ourselves making a choice. Maybe it was a promise we have to fulfill, an obligation we have to finish or simply a decision we lay upon ourselves to accomplish. Not knowing what the future hold is quite terrifying; especially if we are so familiar and [...]
